1. In Tableau Desktop, open the workbook and navigate to the worksheet
2. On the toolbar, Select Help->Settings and Performance-> Start Performance Recording
3. Refresh the data, forcing Tableau to re-run the SQL
4. Select Help-> Settings and Performance-> Stop Performance Recording
5. This will open up a new Workbook with Performance stats
